What they needed
Bot Bench diagnoses and repairs robot vacuums, Roborock, Ecovacs, Xiaomi, Dreame, eufy and Tapo, in Pretoria. Its customers arrive with one thing in common: the robot has stopped, and they don't know whether it's worth fixing.
What we built
Start with the customer's problem. The site opens on "It stopped mid-carpet", the moment every customer recognises, and works back to the fix.
Show what's inside. An assembled and exploded view of a robot vacuum breaks it into the eight parts the bench services, so a customer can see what a diagnosis actually covers.
Prices before work. The diagnostic and full-service prices are on the page, and so is the promise behind them: nothing is opened and nothing is ordered until the customer approves the quote. Even the lead times for imported parts are stated up front.
Booked on WhatsApp. The primary action is the one customers already use.
Where it stands
An in-house project, built to the same standard as client work.
What it runs on
Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Vercel
