For any small business, from plumbers to medical practices. It answers calls, replies to enquiries and follows up, using the systems you already have. A person stays in charge of every decision that matters.

AI automation
One workflow to start
Each of these is a workflow: one job, set up once, running every day.
When you can't pick up, a voice assistant answers, handles the common questions, books into your calendar and sends you a summary. Anything sensitive goes to a person.
WhatsApp, web form and email enquiries get a reply in minutes, so the customer doesn't move on to the next name.
A quote with no answer gets a polite follow-up, in your tone. Replies come straight to you.
Confirmations and reminders by SMS or WhatsApp, with an easy way to reschedule, so fewer people forget.
The invoice goes out when the job closes. Overdue ones get a reminder in your tone, and replies or disputes come to you.
Email is read, labelled and sent to the right person, with draft replies waiting. You approve, it sends. Documents are collected and filed, with a list of what's still missing.
No packages to squeeze into. You pay for the workflows you use, the systems we connect them to and a voice line if you want one. Every project starts with a free call.
Two hours of support a month are included, then R650 an hour. Usage beyond the voice allowance is billed at cost plus 20%, and you see it itemised.
Each total comes straight from the rate card above.
A building contractor with clients who pay late
One workflow that sends reminders on overdue invoices in the business's own tone, connected to the accounting system so it never chases a client who has already paid.
A plumber who misses calls while on a job
A voice assistant answers, handles the common questions and books the job straight into the calendar, then sends a summary of every call.
A five-person accounting firm buried in admin
Calls answered, new clients onboarded and month-end documents collected, connected to the calendar and the practice software.
It doesn't give professional advice or make calls that need your judgement. Those questions come to you, with the details attached.
We write down where every piece of customer information goes and why, so you can explain your POPIA obligations.
We'll help you estimate the hours involved, but we won't promise savings we don't control. The payback calculator uses your numbers, not ours.
Setup starts at R9,500, which includes your first workflow. Each further workflow is R4,500, each system we connect to is R2,500, and a voice line is R7,500. Monthly, the platform is R1,200, each workflow R450 and a voice line R2,900 including its call allowance. A single debtor-chasing workflow connected to your accounting system comes to R12,000 once-off and R1,650 a month.
Yes. The voice assistant says so at the start of the call. Anyone who would rather speak to a person can ask for one and gets a call back.
POPIA compliance is your business's responsibility, and we build to support it. We document what data each workflow touches, where it's stored and who can see it, and sensitive decisions stay with a person. Your information officer should review the setup, and we'll walk them through it.
Most accounting, calendar, email and practice-management systems that offer a proper connection. We check yours on the free call before quoting. If a system can't be connected reliably, we'll tell you rather than build something fragile.
Every workflow keeps a log you can read. Routine actions can wait for your approval, and two hours of support a month are included to adjust it. Anything outside its job goes to a person.
No. The two services are separate. You can start with automation and keep your existing site.
The first call is free. You'll leave knowing whether automation fits your business, what it costs and what it won't do.
