For trades and builders
Websites and AI for Gauteng's plumbers, electricians, solar installers, roofers, painters and builders. Show up in the suburbs you work in, and text back every call you miss.

“I'm good at what I do. People just don't find me unless someone tells them about me.”
Referrals keep you busy, but they don't grow you. New customers are typing "electrician near me" right now, and someone else is getting the call.
A site that looks like it cost R1,500 tells customers what to expect before they call. Your work deserves a first impression that matches it.
On a directory you're one of forty names competing on price. On your own site, ranking in your suburbs, you're the only name on the page.
You can't answer while you're on a roof or under a sink. The customer doesn't wait, they call the next number on the list.
Everything we build for a trade has one aim: someone with a problem finds you, trusts you and gets hold of you.
Pages for the suburbs you actually cover, so a search from Moreleta Park finds a page that names it.
A custom design that looks established before anyone reads a word, with your real work and real reviews.
Tap-to-call, WhatsApp and a short quote form on every page, because most of your customers find you on a phone.
Change prices, services and job photos from your phone between jobs. No developer, no waiting.
When you're on a job, an AI assistant answers, books the job into your calendar and sends you a summary.
Enquiries get a reply in minutes, quotes get a follow-up, and invoices go out when the job closes.

Bot Bench repairs robot vacuums in Pretoria. Its site puts the customer's problem first, shows its prices and takes bookings on WhatsApp, which is what a trade site needs too.

What they needed
To show someone on a phone what might be wrong with their machine, what it costs to find out, and how to book.
What we built
Launch

A custom trade website from JLC Studio is R10,000 on Launch (up to 5 pages, R850 a month), R16,500 on Growth (up to 8 pages with suburb pages and a blog, R1,250 a month) or R24,000 on Authority (up to 12 pages, R1,750 a month). A R2,500 template is cheaper, but it looks like one and won't compete with established names.
Expect movement in 4 to 8 weeks for easy searches like your name plus a suburb, and 3 to 6 months for terms like "electrician Pretoria". A new domain has no history, so early results come from your Google Business Profile and suburb searches. Nobody can promise page one, and anyone who does is guessing.
Yes, they work together. The profile gets you into the map results, and Google ranks those partly on the website behind them. Profiles without a real site are often outranked. The profile gets you seen, and the website makes people trust you enough to call.
Yes. Suburb pages work best for a trade site: a page aimed at "plumber in Menlyn" competes far better than one general services page. Growth and Authority have room to cover several areas properly.
Yes. Every build includes an editing panel you use from your phone. No charge for changing your own prices, and no waiting three days for a reply.
Yes. A voice assistant answers, handles the common questions, books into your calendar and sends you a summary. Anything it can't handle comes to you. One workflow with a voice line, connected to your calendar, is R19,500 to set up and R4,550 a month.
A free call, a straight answer on what will win your trade more work, and the price before anything starts.
