Within two working days of our first meeting
A short document with the price from our published card, what's included, what isn't, and a start and go-live date. Nothing begins until you agree.

The build
Websites: Launch 2 to 3 weeks · Growth 3 to 4 · Authority 4 to 6. AI: dates set in the quote
Work starts once the 50% deposit is paid. For a website, you watch progress on a private preview link the whole way, with the revision rounds your package includes. For AI, we set it up and test it on your systems before it goes live.

Launch
On the agreed date
The site goes live on your domain. We check that Google Search Console and analytics are working, and show you how to use your editing panel. AI goes live once it's tested, and its monthly fees start then. The other 50% is due on launch.

Every month after
For a website, the monthly fee covers hosting, security, backups and small changes. For AI, it covers the platform, your workflows and two hours of support. Email or WhatsApp, and the person who built it answers.
